Your Obligations and Account Rules

Account Registration and Verification

Player Warranties

Financial Terms and Payments

All financial transactions are subject to strict rules for security and regulatory compliance, and are conducted in New Zealand Dollars. You are responsible for understanding the terms that govern deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All funds must be deposited from a payment source registered in your own name. The name on any payment method used must match the name on your account. Withdrawals will be processed back to the original deposit method where possible. We reserve the right to review your gameplay and financial activity before processing any withdrawal, which may result in processing delays. A withdrawal limit may be applied to players who withdraw a sum that is significantly greater than their lifetime deposits, at the discretion of management.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

We are legally obligated to prevent money laundering. We may report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and will require notarized identity and address verification documents for substantial withdrawals. We do not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

Inactive Accounts

An account is deemed inactive if it has not recorded any login or logout for a continuous period of six months. If an inactive account holds a real money balance, we reserve the right to levy a monthly administration fee until the balance is zero or the account is reactivated.

Bonuses and Promotions

We may offer bonuses and other promotions, each governed by its own specific terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before participating in any promotion. Participation in promotions is governed by the general rules:

  • Bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 70 times the bonus amount.
  • Wagers on different games contribute differently towards meeting the wagering requirements.
  • Irregular play, such as placing low-risk bets or large single bets exceeding 30% of the bonus value, is prohibited and may result in the confiscation of winnings.
  • Promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method. We reserve the right to withdraw any offer if abuse is suspected.

Use of Services and Software

The services and software are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for technical disruptions or server downtime. The use of any automated players, bots, or software designed to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited. Any funds acquired through such means will be forfeited, and the account will be terminated.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion. While undisputed balances may be returned, we reserve the right to void any winnings and confiscate any account balance if you breach these terms. Grounds for immediate termination of an account include, but are not limited to, the following actions:

  • Providing incorrect or misleading registration information.
  • Gambling while under the legal age of 18.
  • Residing in a prohibited jurisdiction.
  • Allowing a third party to use your account.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activity, cheating, collusion, or money laundering.
  • Using automated systems or software designed to defeat the casino.
  • Initiating chargebacks on deposits made to your account.
  • Using abusive or offensive language towards our staff.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Your participation is at your sole option, discretion, and risk. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its directors, employees, and affiliates against any costs, liabilities, and damages arising from your participation. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We will make every effort to resolve the matter promptly. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, such as Ecogra.

Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon being posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
